Managers Certification Training
TSC Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in training and risk management for the hospitality industry, will be presenting ServSafe courses in a city near you. With over 125 years of combined experience in the food service industry and 95 years of combined ServSafe training, our priority is to teach food safety for your company’s protection and longevity.
The goal is to provide training that not only assists the operator in meeting state requirements, but also convey the knowledge and tools necessary to operate a safe and inviting food service establishment.
All of our Instructor/Proctors are certified through the National Restaurant Association to teach the ServSafe courses. Your Certified Instructor will conduct a comprehensive review followed by the examination.
The 7th edition ServSafe Managers book contains more than 300 pages. It is important for each student to study this book before class. Book(s) are shipped upon registration via UPS or USPS to allow time for the student to study.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. Confirmation of class time will be sent to you by email following registration.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email confirming your order. Another email will be sent with your invoice attached. The invoice will have the class time, class date, class location, and attendee’s name(s).
A reminder email will be sent the Thursday before your scheduled class date. This email will confirm the class date, time, and location.
Scores from the examination are posted approximately 10 days after the examination date. You must score a 75 or higher to pass the examination. In 2016, the National Restaurant Association converted to eCertificates. As a courteousy to our customers, TSC Associates downloads all scores and eCertificates and sends them to our customers via email. Please note, email addresses provided at the time of registration will receive all examination results as well as other email notifications.
Earning your ServSafe Managers Certification is acceptable in most states as CFPM Certified Food Protection Manager. This certification is valid for 5 years.
